These terms cover your use of feedcraft.studio and any work you hire FeedCraft (“we”) to do. Each project also gets a written quote; where the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins.

Quotes

A quote is an offer, not a commitment. Nothing is owed until you accept it in writing. Website prices on this site are starting prices; your quote is the final one.

Payment

The free one-page website costs nothing to build; you pay only your own hosting and domain. Paid websites are paid half to start and half at launch. Ads management is billed monthly. Other work is paid as set out in its quote. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the ad platforms, and is never part of our fee.

Approval

Nothing we make goes live until you approve it. We keep revising until you do, within the scope agreed in your quote.

Who owns what

• Once paid for, the ads, copy and website we make for you are yours to use.
• Your ad accounts, pixels, audiences, domain and hosting stay in your name and stay with you if we stop working together.
• We may show work we made for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

AI-made content

Our UGC ads are made with AI. We label them wherever a platform requires it. You confirm that the product information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to the logos, products and claims you ask us to use.

Results

We work to make your ads and website perform, but no one can promise a specific number of sales, leads, clicks or rankings, and we do not.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or ad spend.

Ending the work

Either of us can end monthly work with 30 days’ notice. You pay for work done up to the end date.
